Decision making is an art!




Decision making can be made for any reason. Usually in family decisions will be made by family head or the elders in the family.

Many of us do not consider or not even ask the opinion about an important decision with the kids or adults in the family.

Dear Readers,

In my opinion, if we consider the opinions from all the family member and then after discussing the pros and cons of the decision for things will give a better result. Because everyone in the family feels valued for them and they own the decision and do support as much as they can to fulfill the decision made.

Of course elders may think that, kids or adults are not having enough experiences in the life to make some decision.

Young generation expects them to be valued in the family to be more responsible. Their perspective of thinking is really ground breaking. Day in day out they also explore the world digitally.

Collective decision in a family definitely yield a better result. 

Team work is the best work always!

I used to think many a time why elders in the family are resistant to renewing themselves or refreshing them with what they want or wish to have. Elders in the family like Parents or Grandparents always think of their children or grandchildren many times. They are not even ready to spend a few bucks to renew themselves. Experiences of learning adoption and Implementation in real

Every situation provides us an opportunity to learn and grow day in, and day out. Somehow I gained the trust to get nominated by the director for a wonderful training program, especially for women's leadership within 10 months of timeframe in the new organization. Fortunately, I have had a chance to attend the WINGS (Women In Gaming) Women Leadership Training program by my company  Light & Wonder . The Trainer who might be 60+ years old shared amazing experiences of her own life while teaching us strategic networking, work-life balance, personal branding, etc. A two-day full-day ground working training program taught me a lot of things. Actual learning starts not at the training to be frank. It is how we implement the lessons learned in day-to-day life and get more benefits. Being bold and courageous to succeed in our inner mind

Fortunately, I have got a chance to raise my voice to ask some questions to a writer Erode Kathir whom I have met virtually in a Toastmasters club meeting. The Toastmasters meeting emphasized the importance of book reading and did a book review of that specific author as well. Before shooting my questions to the writer, my inner voice questioned me that am I eligible to ask questions about the writing journey as I hadn't given a try to write a single line to publish in any blogs. Still, my inner mind threatened me to not ask any silly questions. I was somehow convinced and asked the questions that came out of my heart as I could feel the writer was so interesting and inspiring.  So I gathered all my courage and started asking questions without even bothering others and my inner mind.
