Convert your addictions into a companion or therapy to heal your problems!
When we feel happy, our minds usually do not seek anybody to give us a shoulder to share the happiness.
But if we feel down at times our mind seeks a shoulder to cry out with our emotions. However, a pillow on the couch is the best companionship for many of us to cry out or shed tears at times of the night.
But, during the daytime, our energy drinks like coffee or
tea not only help us to relax and give freshness to our body and brain but also
help us to bring all our sorrows or lowness out of our mind.
A lot of solutions can be found for the unsolvable problems
of our lives while drinking hot tea or coffee. I do not call tea or coffee a habit
of addiction anymore, if people long to have it when they can feel better after
sipping a cup of tea or coffee if they need it many times in a day until it
gives them happiness, job, cherished, calm, cool and composed.
I am the kind of person who loves tea and is ready to drink
it whenever it is going to be offered to me, happily. I always had a guilt of
having a lot of tea in the daytime as an addiction as others say so in the
family.
Tea is my favorite companion whenever I feel tired or low
at work or home and resume back to normal life.
Tea or coffee is the therapy to heal our problems ourselves
temporarily. Let us not feel it as an addiction. Feel it as your analytical
person or a better friend.
I am going to get rid of the guilt of having tea as many times as I need in a
day. I will feel proud to have tea or coffee as a companion or therapy to solve
my problems temporarily.
