Self Love - Best Love

On a lovely evening legs were putting steps in araimandi pose in Barathanatiyam class.




This was an art picked up by me very recently a month and a half ago. It's been one of my wish lists to learn since my team age. 

From the middle class family background, I did not even had a courage to let my know the wish of my learnings of these extra curricular activities in school days.

Days passed by and after becoming a mother of  10 year old I decided to pick this art with my own earnings.

Without any social pressure or any competition, with out any urge to learn quickly started learning this art.

I am a kind of person who does not know any simple steps in dance for almost 3 decades.

Here are some benifits I realised so far-

Boost up confidence:

This new form of art boosted the confidence in me.  I got to learn that age is no bar for learning new.

Stress Relief:

This dance is completely giving a new thoughts which helps to refresh my mind from the daily routine. Hence I call it as one of my stress Busters.

No pain No gain:

If we want to achieve something we have to lose something. At the initial days there were heavy leg pain in the araimandi pose. After going through the tough pains for some days. I am still able to learn more and more keenly. After pain there will be a gain definitely in life.

Self satisfaction:

Doing something good for ourselves really gives us the amazing pleasure. I started feeling the self satisfaction and happiness for the one I am my self.
